Our Director, David Tassicker, has decades of experience as an Intensive Care Paramedic and in safety and rescue in the swift water, vertical, fire fighting and commercial wind turbine environments.

From this experience, David believes there are significant opportunities for improvement in both rescue and medical support, education and capacity. EMRT seeks to fill these opportunities. to take rescue staff who may only have first aid training and equip them with more advanced knowledge and skills to support badly injured or ill patients who may be trapped or in situations of difficult access.

Our highly experienced clinical staff impart their tricks of the trade – assessing and treating medical and trauma patients and imparting advanced airways skills and supported ventilation of appropriate patients.

For experienced clinical practitioners, our rescue experts support your ability to provide ongoing, advanced clinical care such as airway maintenance, ongoing medication and fluid therapy while extricating patients in difficult situations – vertical, confined spaces, austere and remote environments.
